Terms & Conditions
Appointments
In order to offer our clients prompt and convenient appointment times you will be asked for your credit card details at the time of booking an appointment (including free consultations).
Credit card details will be kept secure and NO charge will be made to this card unless you miss your appointment or you fail to give 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
Failure to give the required notice will result in a £50 cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments
This includes failure to turn up to your appointment or arriving late to your appointment so that your consultation and/or treatment cannot be carried out.
Prices
Our listed prices are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Prices are subject to variation without prior notice.
Hadleigh Brochure
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Management reserve the right to refuse any such offers for any treatment. Brochure reference must be quoted at the time of making the initial appointment. A copy of the brochure must be presented at the appointment. The offer is limited up to June 2012, but can be extended at management discretion.
Treatment Course Discounts
All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid in full, at the time of your first treatment. All treatments must be taken within twelve months of the date of the first treatment. Any treatments which have not been taken by the first anniversary of the purchase date will be forfeited. All courses of treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If however you have paid for a course and are unable to complete the course for medical reasons, we will make a refund to you calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments taken, including those forfeited for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments paid for and refunding the difference. In the event of short term/temporary side effects such as reddening, bruising, swelling, mild burning or blistering, hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation as well as rare side effects such as scarring and permanent discoloration we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment.
Recommend a Friend
This promotion is open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of The Hadleigh Clinic and their immediate families. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. Excludes discounts on consultations and skincare products. Your friend must be a new client. To benefit from the discount your friend must have and pay for a treatment within 6 months of being referred. You (the introducer) will receive your £25 voucher once your friend’s first treatment has been carried out and the voucher will be valid for 6 months from this date. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make. Cash or other alternatives will not be offered
